We make use of state of the art infrastructure comprised of sophisticated machines and latest technology to make the flexible packaging materials exactly according to your expectations.
The rotogravure pouch printing process is the most popular printing process used in flexible-packaging pouch manufacturing, because of its ability to print on thin film such as polyester, PP/LD roll or sheet, PVC, which come in a wide range of thicknesses, commonly 10 to 30 micrometers.
Two basic types of film lamination processes exist on the market – dry or wet laminating systems. The most widely used system in the sheet-fed market is dry or thermal lamination. Dry systems are easy to operate and require a lower capital investment. Wet systems, on the other hand, can run at higher production speeds and can save a substantial amount in film costs versus thermal films, especially in high volume applications. Depending on the requirements or specifications shared by the client, we have the professional expertise and machinery to develop a series of laminated rolls and food packaging pouches. These rolls differ in terms of thickness, size, colour and even the coating of the laminated film and can be used to package a series of products.
The Machine is combination of simplicity, flexibility and performance. It is the only pouch maker which has flexibility to produce Center seal, Three side seal, Stand up Zipper and Five Side Seal Pouches on the same platform.
